CPSEL releases 10-minute Mindfulness Timeout Videos to Celebrate SEL Day
On SEL Day, March 10, SEL4PA and Center for the Promotion of Social and Emotional Learning released seven 10-minute Mindfulness Timeout video sessions on the hour. Topics include Systemic SEL 101—What is SEL?, Trauma-Informed Practices and SEL, and Integrating SEL into Academics.
