After thorough review of grant requirements, we highly recommend you consider the following Center for Safe Schools (CSS) services to meet your grant deliverables:
CSS Physical and Behavioral Health/Climate Assessments meet PCCD’s Level 1 baseline criteria “Safety and security assessments that meet the committee’s criteria.” CSS assessors are PCCD-approved. (j1)
CSS offers customized professional development to to support implementation of violence prevention programs (j10) including:
Behavioral Threat Assessment.
Self-care Institute.
Suicide Prevention and Awareness.
Trauma-Informed Practices and Plan Development.
CSS offers Olweus Bullying Prevention Program training and implementation. (j10, j11)
CSS can provide professional development and technical assistance for the creation and implementation of districtwide school safety, violence prevention, emergency preparedness and all-hazards plans. CSS can also conduct custom tabletop exercises. (j11)
