Living Your Values: Bridging Core Beliefs with Everyday Life

Presented Jan. 10, 2025, as part of the CPSEL Social, Emotional and Mental Well-being Webinar Series

Explore the power of core values and how they shape not only our personal well-being but also the health and success of those we serve. Drawing inspiration from the research of Brené Brown, we will uncover the importance of living in alignment with our values to foster authenticity and resilience. Identify your own core values and engage in an introspective exercise designed to create meaningful connections between these values and their daily lives. Join us for a session of self-discovery, reflection and practical application.

Episode 18 – Voices of Advocates for Students Experiencing Homelessness

In this special episode, we’re stepping away from our usual format to bring you powerful messages of homelessness and hope, in recognition of Pennsylvania’s annual Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness (ECYEH) Student Homelessness Awareness Week. It highlights the efforts to provide stability, consistency, and support to children and youth experiencing homelessness across Pennsylvania. You will hear recorded messages from some of Pennsylvania’s most dedicated advocates for students experiencing homelessness.
